Unless otherwise requested in your order notes, we may display your logo or design as part of our portfolio to showcase our work. This helps potential customers evaluate our quality and expertise.
We may also send promotional emails or flyers to new and existing clients. If you prefer not to receive them, you can easily unsubscribe using the link provided in the email or notify us directly to be removed from our mailing list.

💳 Payment Confirmation – Once your order is complete, you’ll be redirected to PayPal (or other secure processors) to finalize your payment. We receive a confirmation once the payment is successful.
❌ Failed Payments – In the rare event of a failed transaction, please contact your bank, card provider, or PayPal directly. While we can confirm whether payment has been received, we do not have access to your financial details.

By submitting artwork, images, or files to Logonyx.com, you confirm that you own the rights or licenses to use them. You also agree that your materials do not infringe on any copyright, trademark, or proprietary rights.
Logonyx.com cannot be held responsible for copyright claims related to files provided by clients. If any resemblance occurs between our created artwork and other designs, we are not liable, as we create based on client specifications
Job Delivery and Responsibilities
Work begins promptly after payment. Most designs are delivered within 24–48 business hours, although complex projects may take longer.
Clients are responsible for reviewing proofs sent via email. We provide complimentary modifications for necessary changes, but additional revisions may be subject to extra charges.
Logonyx.com is not liable for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to technical issues, natural events, or third-party disruptions.
Business hours: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM EST (excluding holidays).
For “24-hour delivery,” the timeframe begins at the start of our business day.
Logo Placement and Misprints
Clients are responsible for verifying all artwork before approval. Logonyx.com is not responsible for misprints or errors once final approval is given.
